Rob has been in martial arts for more than 15
years, with over ten as instructor. He has experience
working with children ages 4 and up in karate, gymnastics, and
after school programs. Rob is a practitioner of the above
styles and currently holds a 1st degree black belt in Shaolin
Kempo Karate. Rob's creative system helps students adapt to the
style of any opponent. His goal is to help each student develop
his/her own style as an individual as opposed to the typical
method of preset forms (of pinions & katas). Men,
women, teens and children are welcome!
